Our Story
Hi, I’m Brian Bradshaw. This is me, my wife Alle, and my parents, Pat and Cathy. Back in 2018, we started noticing my mom having trouble keeping her balance, using silverware, and getting tired faster than normal. By 2019, she had been diagnosed with Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA), a debilitating neurological degenerative disease. This began our long search for good home care.
It was tough finding the right help. We ran into companies that wouldn’t call back or just didn’t show up. We had several interviews, but nothing gave us the feeling that we were dealing with a family-first business. Luckily, our friends and family helped us connect with three awesome caregivers. They were a huge help and truly became part of our family. But there were still challenges. It was hard to find cover for them when they needed a break, had family duties of their own, or needed extended time away for personal reasons. Payment, and taxes, were difficult, insurance was difficult, coverage schedules were difficult, etc. We knew there had to be a better way to do this.
Our Mission
My mom passed away in October 2023, but she left us with a lot of inspiration. So, we started Northside Home Care to give families like ours the kind of support they need in their time of need. We would be honored to be a part of your family to keep your family at home in comfort. Because home is where you belong.
